Terms of service
Terms & Guidelines
General Policy
- Original characters only. Commissioned characters must be your own OC. Copyrighted characters and fanart are not accepted.
- Delivery format: Flat high-res image files only. Layered files, PSD, and Live2D part exports are not available.
- Other: Requests may be declined based on content, style fit, or technical constraints (see my SNS for style reference). Finished works may be posted as portfolio and social media samples without prior notice. These terms are subject to change without notice.
Usage & Rights
Non-Commercial
- Copyright stays with the artist (Kagemoto). No transfer.
- Personal use, TRPG, and SNS accounts (icons, headers, posts) are free to use. Within non-commercial use, changing the purpose (e.g., icon to header) is fine.
Commercial (Add-on Required)
- Paid content, advertising, streaming (regardless of monetization), and merchandise involving mass production or distribution consignment requires a commercial add-on.
- Small personal print runs and orders placed directly with a print shop on your own behalf do not require the add-on.
- When in doubt, ask in advance.
Prohibited
- Modifications: Cropping, resizing, minor color adjustments, and text overlays are fine. Heavy reworks, paint-overs, or edits that damage the character's image are not.
- AI training: Using delivered artwork for AI learning or image-generation datasets is prohibited, for any purpose.
- Other: Reselling, unauthorized redistribution, and claiming authorship are not permitted. Engaging in illegal activities, organized crime, harassment, or using the work for political and religious activities is strictly prohibited.
Right to Refusal & Communication
- Right to Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission request without obligation to provide a reason.
- Communication: If you have any questions, feel free to ask via each commission platform or email.

日本国内からのご依頼も承っております。制作プロセスや用途に合わせて、以下のプラットフォームよりお選びください。
ご利用規約（国内向けガイドライン）
お引き受け基準と基本方針
- 一次創作のみ: ご依頼者様のオリジナルキャラクターに限ります。版権キャラクターや二次創作は対応外です。
- 納品形式: 統合済み高解像度画像データのみ。レイヤー分け・PSD形式・Live2D用パーツ出力は非対応です。
- その他: 絵柄・内容・技術的な理由でお断りする場合があります（作風はSNSでご確認ください）。完成作品は、予告なくポートフォリオ・SNS等にサンプルとして掲載する場合があります。本規約は予告なく改定することがあります。
イラストのご利用範囲
- 著作権は制作者（かげもと）に帰属します。譲渡は行いません。
- 個人・非商用利用: 個人観賞、TRPG等の個人利用、SNSアカウント（アイコン・ヘッダー・投稿など）に使用できます。非商用の範囲内であれば用途の変更・追加（例：アイコン→ヘッダー）は自由です。
- 商業利用（要オプション）: 有料コンテンツ、広告・宣伝、配信活動（収益化の有無を問わず）、大量生産・販売委託を伴うグッズ販売はオプション料金が必要です。ご不明な場合は事前にご相談ください。
ご本人による少部数グッズの個人制作・外部印刷所への発注はオプション不要です。
禁止事項および加工について
- 加工・改変: トリミング、サイズ変更、軽度の色調補正、文字入れは問題ありません。ただし、大幅な加筆・描き直し、キャラクターのイメージを損なう改変は禁止です。
- AI学習への使用禁止: 目的・用途を問わず、納品作品をAI学習・画像生成モデルのデータセットに使用することを禁じます。
- その他の禁止事項: 転売・無断転載・作者の偽称、公序良俗に反する用途、違法行為や反社会的勢力に関わる利用、特定の個人・団体への誹謗中傷目的での使用、政治・宗教活動への利用はいずれも不可です。
拒否権およびご連絡について
- ご依頼の辞退: 理由を開示することなく、あらゆるご依頼を拒否または辞退する権利を留保します。
- ご連絡: ご不明な点がある場合は、各コミッションサイトのメッセージ機能、またはEメールよりお気軽にお問い合わせください。
